According to the Register Infocamere the three Italian regions that invest on innovation are Lombardia, Emilia Romagna e Lazio.
At the top of the standings there is Lombardy with 1165 startup, then there is the Emilia Romagna with 593 startup assets, third the Lazio region with 529 startup.
